How it started….
Since 1998, the Ortiz Family has made traditional Mexican paletas in North Texas. It all started with Ignacio Ortiz seeking to create his own business to provide for his family.
He named the paleteria after the famous annual Feria de San Marcos (Fair of San Marcos) in his home state of Aguascalientes, Mexico. He always sought to pay tribute to his roots and bring his values into anything he took on.
Today, his family continues expanding services and products to our communities. We produce over 30 paleta flavors year-round; selling wholesale and to customers who visit our storefront and order paleta carts for their family, work, school and church events. Thank you!
